The Irish Whiskey Academy at Midleton Distillery in Cork is an educational and sensory experience for bartenders, VIPs, journalists and Irish Distillers Limited staff.
Tasked with creating something special for those lucky enough to be invited, I worked on the layout of a valuable reference book and dedicated website.

Jackson’s bakery supply bread all over the UK to leading brands such as Marks and Spencer. Using punchy language and mouth watering photography, I created a new design and brand look and feel for their website.
Working for Loop Agency for over a year, I was contacted as one of the main designers on the Royal London Pension account. I would regularly be in involved in creating concepts for online campaigns and social advertising.
I was involved as the lead designer to recreate the Chivas Regal Aberdeen emporium for an internal launch at their Strathisla distillery. Designing printed collateral, sourcing original fittings, products and packaging from across the world, Chivas Regal hosted an authentic evening for over 100 guests.
Used as a selling tool for Caorunn brand ambassadors, I helped in the creation of the app and printed material to help bartenders understand the heritage and process behind making such a premium gin.
For four years, I was one ot two lead designers for Johnstons of Elgin. I worked within a small in-house design team which art directed and designed luxury brochures, POS, labelling and exhibition graphics for this luxury brand.
I was tasked as the lead designer in staging a pop up launch night for Hankey Bannister. Printed material was created and exciting props were sourced to style a highly tactile and inviting space in which the visiting bloggers – travelling from as far afield as Philadelphia, USA – could immerse themselves in the brand while sampling the spirit.
I produced the creative branding for this range which was used within labelling, POS and printed material. I also created trade exhibitions, print and online campaigns for the launch of a Twist on Tweed across the world markets.
Westhorn Warehouse holds over 50 million litres of whisky. This has been a working warehouse since 1953. I was asked to design an interior space which would tell a story of the warehouses history whilst also retaining the function of a working warehouse site. This is now a transformed space which acts as a focal point for visitors.

within a big city. By providing both classroom space and accommodation under the same roof, they can accelerate language acquisition within a supportive and safe environment.
To engage and inform visitors I was involved in creating a new space at The Talisker visitor centre. Complete with a self-guided exhibition space, VIP area and flavour wall; a new visual interpretation was created within the dramming area overlooking the loch.
For two years I worked as a designer for Crieff Hydro Hotel group. I was involved in email campaigns, digital marketing and event exhibiiton design.
To attract visitors to this beautiful distillery, a new visitor centre interior space was created complete with a self-fill whisky installation. Printed collateral and an app were designed to add to this remarkable distillery experience.
